Refund Policy

At CRMJunction, we strive to provide excellent hosting services and support for SuiteCRM to all our customers. As part of our commitment to transparency and clarity, we would like to outline our refund policy below:

  1. Service Description: Our service payments cover the hosting of SuiteCRM, an open-source customer relationship management software, along with associated data hosting and technical support.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Customers have the flexibility to cancel their hosting service with just 30 days’ notice, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible for our customers.

  3. No Refunds: Due to the nature of our service and the fact that payments are solely for hosting and support, we do not offer refunds on service fees. Once a payment is made for a given billing period, it is considered non-refundable.

Why No Refunds?:

  • SuiteCRM, the software being hosted, is open-source and freely available for use.
  • Customers are paying for the hosting infrastructure and support services provided by CRMJunction, which are rendered upon payment.
  • Our business model operates on the basis of ongoing service provision, and refunds would be inconsistent with this model.
  1. Exceptions: In rare cases of extreme technical issues or service failures on our part, we may consider issuing refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. Such situations will be assessed by our support team, and decisions will be made at their discretion.
