Cancellation

We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change.

To cancel your hosting service with CRMJunction, please follow the steps below:

  • Notice Period: You may cancel your hosting service at any time by providing us with a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date.
  • Data Backup: As a responsible measure, please ensure you have backed up all your data from SuiteCRM before requesting cancellation. Your data contained in the SuiteCRM system belongs entirely to you, and CRMJunction will not be responsible for any data loss upon cancellation.
    Backup Options: SuiteCRM provides full backup tools for your convenience. Additionally, should you require assistance, CRMJunction can provide a database backup (MySQL) file and CSV files for a fee of $49.50.
  • Cancellation Request: To initiate the cancellation process, please contact us via email at info@crmjunction.com or by phone at one of our listed numbers.
    Upon receiving your cancellation request and ensuring all necessary backups are in place, we will proceed with the cancellation of your hosting service.
