Service Description: Our service payments cover the hosting of SuiteCRM, an open-source customer relationship management software, along with associated data hosting and technical support.
Cancellation Policy: Customers have the flexibility to cancel their hosting service with just 30 days’ notice, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible for our customers.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of our service and the fact that payments are solely for hosting and support, we do not offer refunds on service fees. Once a payment is made for a given billing period, it is considered non-refundable.
