Hosting Agreement
This Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Sonet Dynamics LLC, located at 4301 NE 4th Street #3003, Renton, WA 98059, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and Customer, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”
- Hosting Service
1.1 The Provider agrees to host SuiteCRM on a dedicated server for the Customer.
1.2 The hosting fee for the service is $49.50 per month, which includes data backup and technical support. The fee does not include CRM consulting services.
1.3 The hosting service offers unlimited users and is only limited by storage space.
1.4 If the Customer wishes to upgrade their hosting plan to 50GB, the hosting fee will increase to $199 per month.
1.5 The hosting fee is to be paid in advance on the first day of billing cycle.
- Consulting Services
2.1 The Provider offers consulting services for customizing SuiteCRM and training at a cost of $600 per day.
2.2 A “Goodwill” discount may apply to Consulting and Training services, as agreed upon by both parties.
- Support
3.1 The hosting service includes free simple phone and email support, which does not include full consulting services.
- Payment
4.1 Payments can be made online via credit card, Zelle, or Paypal through Sonet Dynamics LLC’s online payment page at https://sonetdynamics.com/payments/.
4.2 Fees can also be made by check, payable to Sonet Dynamics LLC, or in cash, in person.
- Term and Termination
5.1 This Agreement shall commence on first day of billing cycle and continue until terminated by either party.
5.2 This Agreement may be terminated at any time through the ‘Cancel Agreement’ option. Access to the site will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5.3 The Data contained in the SuiteCRM system belongs to and is owned 100% by the Customer. On termination, the customer will have full access to all of their data.
- Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.
- Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.
Both parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
